At enewton, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packaging and a copy of your packing slip are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
